"We spent 5 nights here and really enjoyed our stay. The room was very clean, and the host was extremely gracious. This spot is ideal if you’re looking for a comfortable place to wind down at night while spending your days out exploring the island. Red Hook harbor is about a 30‑minute drive, and several beautiful beaches are within 20 minutes. We also appreciated the included beach chairs, since rentals can add up quickly. I’d recommend renting a Jeep Wrangler for getting around the island, and bringing your own snorkel gear is a great way to save on extra costs. Definitely recommend ferrying over to St John for a day. "We had a lovely time! The property manager, Lisa, is the best. She really bends over backwards to make sure that you have an enjoyable stay. Make sure you rent a four-wheel-drive vehicle though because the access is a little tricky, but it’s very private and quiet and beautiful."
