"Severely lacking in customer service. Most of the employees give attitude when answering questions. Also, maneuvering around the property was difficult. The resort is NOT located in a walkable area either so if you’re someone that likes to explore on foot, I suggest staying "

"Loved the convenience of the on-site restaurant. Our dinner there was fabulous! The breakfast was also great. Our room was spacious, but needed new doors and windows. Very comfortable bed and room. "

"The views were awesome, the staff were very friendly but breakfast wasn’t different each day. The waffle was extremely hard, but the egg and sausage breakfast was decent. Breakfast also didn’t come with a drink of any kind, but overall I wouldn’t mind going back. Now that I know what to expect and what not to expect. Pretty decent hotel in the cut off the beaten path. I like the privacy. "

"The hotel is nothing like the photographs posted by the hotel. It was severely damaged in hurricane Irma and has not been remodeled adequately. Broken tiles, no furniture in the bar lounge area except plastic chairs. There is no restaurant only a bar that serves chips. But the bartender was really great! I would never stay at this hotel and would never recommended to anybody until they bring it back up to a better level of cleanliness maintenance and service."

"Staff was very kind. Upon arrival, there was no power. After waiting an hour the power was on the duration of my stay. There are some improvements needed on the grounds. It seems to be very outdated and old. Overall, I had a decent stay, and the view was spectacular. "

"room was clean and there was a tv and coffee maker, otherwise it was AWFUL. The parking was not safe for my elderly parents to navigate. There was no elevator, and my mom had a terrible time on the stairs. No hot water for showers. There was trash in the refrigerator. Restaurant was a room, not enough seating for the 4 of us. Extremely loud people outside and in hallways. Someone even tried to enter our room in middle of the night. It was worst experience ever."
