「Clean, easy to access, great host」

「Casey was quick to answer a message when we couldn’t get in to the condo. It was user error but he was patient and called to make sure we were able to get in. Space was perfect and loved that we could walk everywhere. 5/5 for sure!」

「Pool needs major maintenance. A tile fell off right in front of us as we were swimming!!! The condo was a good fit for our family of four. 」

「This was a great place to stay for our Nashville trip! Easy access, clean, nice amenities, easy street parking, and lots of restaurants in walking distance (and if you’re up for it, walking to Broadway is doable.) It was right around the corner from the Green Light Bar that had great food and was the pickup location for our Ghost Tour. The host provided all the details we needed in a message and they were prompt to respond when I had a question. Would definitely recommend!!」

「Very happy with our stay. Communication was excellent. This is an extremely quiet building. The unit is really cute and well stocked with everything you could need. It was helpful to have laundry in the unit. Would recommend this unit.」

「The place is very nice! Location is great. Host communicates well and quickly. Main problems were that the AC would not work. We texted. They had someone out the same day. They reset the breaker. Fixed for an hour or so. Happened again. Set on 67, rose to 74. I reset the breaker and it fixed temporarily. Only there for two nights, so no time to get it permanently fixed. The shower was also clogged and we stood in 3 inches of water while showering. Not resolved. I would stay again if these issues...

「About a 20 minute walk to Broadway but plenty of Ubers available. We hiked it a few times with no issues. Place was well-stocked, very clean and super cool. Couch and lounge chairs not the comfiest but the mattresses and bedding was perfect. Owner was great with communication. We had the best time!」

「We enjoyed staying very much. Great location for CMA FEST. A few more towels and dish towels would be helpful. Appreciated the toiletries in the bathrooms. Also had cleaning items including dishwasher tabs and laundry tabs. We were comfortable in the beds. Definitely will stay again.」
