「Excellent location. Great property manager.Oven extremely dirty. For a large cleaning fee, we couldn’t understand the dirty oven. We did not cook in our space and after seeing the oven did not want to. Had a little trouble getting hot water in upstairs bedroom.Had a wonderful time exploring Nashville!」

「Kim was such a great host! Always very quick to respond, always helpful, and very accommodating! We stayed 4 days/3 nights, and the condo had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. The king beds were extremely comfortable. There were plenty of towels for the 3 of us. It's great to have 2 king bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and it was so much better than staying in a small hotel room. We walked to town and used UBER. It's within a mile of the Country Music...

ONLY suggestion would be to tint the roll up door windows. The bar downstairs of the building is awesome but the entrance and smoking section is right outside of the house and people kinda stare at you like you’re in a fish bowl. 」

「Amazing location, The Gulch is a fun area, convenient to all attractions. Amanda is an amazing, responsive host. Check in instructions detailed. Our smoke detectors were chirping upon arriving. Maintenance was contacted and issue resolved immediately. If you are sensitive to noise at night, it is noisy on the street until early morning. The bathrooms need a deep cleaning, there is mold is shower. Also a fabric shower curtain that can be washed instead of plastic would be great. 」
