「Exactly as described in listing, this property is large for a one bedroom. We enjoyed swimming laps in the pool. Within very easy walking distance of a handful of live music venues/bars on Demonbreun. (We enjoyed Live Oak.) It’s a couple of miles from the wilder scene on Broadway. We used SpotHero to reduce parking fees in SoBro, but it was still very expensive. Small item: many of the venues recommended on an otherwise helpful local advice sheet in the condo are out of business.」

「Amazing location, The Gulch is a fun area, convenient to all attractions. Amanda is an amazing, responsive host. Check in instructions detailed. Our smoke detectors were chirping upon arriving. Maintenance was contacted and issue resolved immediately. If you are sensitive to noise at night, it is noisy on the street until early morning. The bathrooms need a deep cleaning, there is mold is shower. Also a fabric shower curtain that can be washed instead of plastic would be great. 」

「Convenient location! I was worried about only having one bathroom while traveling with 3 teen girls, but it was perfect since the shower, toilet and dual sinks were all separated by their own door. This made it like have three bathrooms in terms of privacy and space for everyone getting ready. We had a great stay!」

「Great location with a balcony overlooking the river and walking distance to Broadway. Perfect size for us 2 people and our dog. Had everything needed for preparing meals. Parking is convenient and covered.」

「The location is great, close to all the action, and the unit is nicely appointed and clean. Charming and safe riverfront location with a few good places for dining located by the nearby stadium. The host is great with communications, too. Will definitely stay here again!」

「The host was very welcoming and replied to questions quickly. The townhome was very clean, nicely furnished and complete amenities. Just fyi for guests. It’s next to a train track. We enjoyed the train passing from the balcony and didn’t mind the sound as it passed by. Perfect parking spot for one car and definitely walkable to downtown. I would definitely stay again. 」

「This was a great place to stay for our Nashville trip! Easy access, clean, nice amenities, easy street parking, and lots of restaurants in walking distance (and if you’re up for it, walking to Broadway is doable.) It was right around the corner from the Green Light Bar that had great food and was the pickup location for our Ghost Tour. The host provided all the details we needed in a message and they were prompt to respond when I had a question. Would definitely recommend!!」
