「The property was walking distance to Broadway. The condo is a decent size. It was handy to have 2 bathrooms attached to the 2 bedrooms. There was no table, only a bar with seating for 3. The condo is very clean and updated. The garage parking was a nice feature. We felt safe here as there were codes needed to use the elevator. There is PLENTY of closet space.」

「The unit was quite clean overall, but it is showing some wear and tear in places and needs some maintenance here and there. The price was quite reasonable for the quality of the unit and communication with the host was good.」

「The room was great for the most part. Location was great, the train was loud, but not constant and the individuals who hangout on the sidewalks in the area were all very nice and I didn't feel unsafe while walking around. My only complaint was the overall cleanliness of the apartment. The silverware was dirty, the bathroom had, what appeared to be old blood on the base of the toilet and shower curtain and the living room rug and couch were severely stained. Aside from this, the rest of my stay...

「Convenient area, cool history of the building. Had some difficulty with information from owner but got cleared quickly. Has a washer/dryer which although we didn’t use, was convenient. No explanation on pool use but it was cool outside. No access to Firestick. Coffee provided, much appreciated! Might have been nice to have a decent sofa and chair but overall, it was nice!」
