「The house was great for our group of 6, I did not like the pay to park in the parking garage very inconvenient. Great location close to broadway our Lyft was only about 15 each way. I would definitely rent this place again.」

「The place was very very clean and comfortable! We really enjoyed our stay! Host was super responsive when needed to get the wifi password sorted. Only about a 10 min uber ride to Broadway. Our only complaint which has nothing to do with the actual quality of the space is just the noise level of the train that runs behind the building during all hours of the night & morning too haha. It was quite loud and woke us up a few times 」

「My husband and I just completed a 5-night stay at this Music Row apartment. Its location was great - walking distance to many things and an inexpensive rideshare to most anywhere else. We also really appreciated the free and easy parking. The apartment was clean, quiet, and well-equipped though to be fair, we really only ate breakfast there. It was a great base for our stay in Nashville. 」

「The condo was not quite as close to Broadway as we had expected, but it’s still just a short 10-minute walk. It was exactly as described and spacious enough for four adults. Communication before our trip was great—I received prompt replies to all my questions. Although the condo is situated next to a train track, we rarely heard the trains and found the area to be quiet overall. It was well-stocked with everything we needed. Would definitely recommend!」

「We enjoyed our visit. It was close to everything that we wanted. The instructions were clear and easy to follow. It was a great place to stay. I wish there was parking. That’s my only complaint-but it didn’t keep us from enjoying our visit to Nashville and our stay at the condo. 」

「Stay here if you want a comfortable, quiet and safe stay slightly outside of the hussle and bustle of downtown. Check-in was super easy and the host was quick to respond. The condo is beautiful and the two beds are super comfortable! A 5 min Lyft or Uber ride or slightly longer walk will get you just about anywhere you want to go: Broadway, Gulch, 12 South, etc. Also within walking distance of great restaurants, coffee shops and a brewery. I’d definitely stay here again! 」

「Stayed here for Pilgrimage Festival so that we could be closer to Nashville when we weren’t at the festival and location was great. Easy access for the short ride to Franklin being on the south part of Nashville and a short ride or walk to things to do in Nashville. Property is exactly as it looks, a very nice and efficient layout. Pool is a nice option as well.
