「The rooms were nice, big and bright. Carpet and couch were stained. Nice big balcony but had to share it with multiple trains coming in and out all night and morning. High rise being built beside, starting construction at 6am. Lots of blankets and towels, outdoor pool was nice and warm but had to listen to trains and no real peace Walk was alright to broadway/downtown, you are located directly beside a homeless shelter/church, which was fine, just not what we are used to.」

「Casey was quick to answer a message when we couldn’t get in to the condo. It was user error but he was patient and called to make sure we were able to get in. Space was perfect and loved that we could walk everywhere. 5/5 for sure!」

「This place was awesome. Clean and well furnished. The pool was super nice and parking was easy as well as handy. Minutes to the Broadway area in a car but Lyft showed it would have only cost us 10 to catch a ride. I saved this as a Favorite so we can stay here on our next visit」

「The place is very nice! Location is great. Host communicates well and quickly. Main problems were that the AC would not work. We texted. They had someone out the same day. They reset the breaker. Fixed for an hour or so. Happened again. Set on 67, rose to 74. I reset the breaker and it fixed temporarily. Only there for two nights, so no time to get it permanently fixed. The shower was also clogged and we stood in 3 inches of water while showering. Not resolved. I would stay again if these issues...

「Very happy with our stay. Communication was excellent. This is an extremely quiet building. The unit is really cute and well stocked with everything you could need. It was helpful to have laundry in the unit. Would recommend this unit.」

「This condo is right next to the pool, and right on the river. It's pretty cool watching the barges go by. It's only about a 20min walk to all the fun on Broadway. The neighborhood feels pretty safe - I walked with my wife and 2 daughters and had no issues. The owners are quick to respond to any questions or concerns, which was very helpful.」
