"Lots of things made it an excellent stay - the hotels location, the size of the room and amazing professional staff including Waly Chacon, who made my family feel important and not just a room stay in a 800+ room hotel. He was attentive and offered to help with anything to make our stay extra special. The great quality of Waly is that he was open to any constructive feedback on an even better stay. We will surely be recommending the Hilton to our family and friends. "
