"Great Stay, great location. First room was standard which is tiny room. but once we upgraded to a Deluxe room , we got large and nice room"

"The staff was amazing, but sadly we got a smaller room than we ordered; there was a mix-up, so our room was very small. If you are traveling solo, it would be perfect for you! They also don't deliver to other hotels/airports, they can recieve but not send. So something to keep in mind if you're planning on sending luggage, you have to go to the train station nearby. The breakfast was not our cup of tea either, we had eaten at other hotels breakfast and this one left a lasting bad impression. Again, the staff is amazing!! Just a lot of external things that we won't be coming back again. "

"Great location, very important to know you need west exit of train station - navigating was difficult even with Google Maps!! No grid system and many streets are 2 levels. Loved our room and 2 unexpected surprises- a view of Mt Fuji and of the nightly projection show at the Govt building. Check out the nice fountain and outdoor seating at the Starbucks across the street- across from level 2 of the hotel!"

"The location of the hotel directly across Shinagawa Station was really great. The staff were also very cordial and helpful. Our room however was small, and it smelled of smoke. The carpet has cigarette burns in it and some of the shower tiles were cracked. They need to replace the carpet and maintain the room a little better."
