「We have visited Nantucket annually for years and this is a wonderful property. It is easily walkable to town but also has convenient parking if you bring a car. The owner/property manager is responsive and helpful.」

Property manager is excellent at communication if needed. Good for a small family - note that second full bath is on first floor (bedrooms on second). 」

「Beautiful property. Manager was excellent. Great location. Close to everything but quiet. I would recommend a smaller car (we rented a 4 door Jeep and it fit in the driveway but was tight) but having parking that close to town was an absolute dream!! Truly lovely place!!」

「I was on a Father / Daughter trip celebrating my daughters 50th Birthday. We began our trip in Chatham Cape Cod, then Martha's Vineyard and finished in Nantucket, which was our favorite location. Loved the cute cottage atmosphere and only wish we were a bit closer to town, but the mid island bus made it so easy to get back and forth. I will definitely recommend your cottage to my friends」

「We loved the cottage itself and location. It was outside of Nantucket but it was super easy to get to with the shuttle and the perk of being outside of town is that it was very peaceful. Lots to do on the island itself and surrounding areas. We would stay again. 」

「We stayed here fir 5 days-myself and my 3 college age children. Perfect location in Sconset. Well appointed home, upgraded features and everything you’d need. Would definitely stay here again Close access to the bluff walk is a plus. 」

「We really enjoyed our stay at this property and were very appreciative of the quick and thorough communication from the host. This unit is located right near the edge of town and close to one of the major grocery stores on the island. The guest parking and private entry were great amenities to have in addition to the large open living space. Would highly recommend for your visit to ACK. 」

「Mike was very hospitable! Property was Nantucket lovely: sunny; open floor plan; clean; and in a small community setting with a 1 mile walk to the beach. The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes, glasses, etc. There were lots of towels/beach chairs/beach toys and close to Millie’s and Madaket Beach with great bike paths. Enjoy! 」
