「I like the atmosphere of the hotel and this is my second time using it. It was a standard room, and I was disappointed that there was no hot water in the shower several times during my 5-day stay. The staff are all friendly and helpful. However, the front desk is not 24 hours. When I left early in the morning at 5am, wI locked ourselves in without the necessary luggage, but when I went to the front desk there was no one there, so we had no choice but to go straight out. 「We stayed 3 nights at Ban's, easy access to the beach and lots of restaurants and massage. Rental bike is also available. Our room is clean and the bed is comfortable. Breakfast with beautiful see view, and menu change slightly everyday. The only is that there is no shower curtain to prevent splash water. Overall it is very good. 」

「Great hotel tucked away behind the scenes located between the busy resort areas. Has everything you need right in the area and on the property. Friendly staff, scooter rentals and a small bar with a pool table for the rainy days. It’s in a less busy more relaxed area of Koh Tao located between the Pier and the South Island resort area. A short walk to restaurants, shopping and the resort area and beaches.」

「We were lucky to be one of the first guests at this hotel and it was the first bit of luxury we experienced in Thailand. It's a bit off the beaten track but completely walkable and we only took a taxi once to Sairee Beach, otherwise walked it (30 mins to Sairee Beach and 15 mins to the pier). 「Exceptionally nice, clean room and a wonderful staff. I missed the ferry from Koh Samui but the staff kept the reservations and greeted me warmly when I arrived. They set up a private boat for snorkeling around the island, provided helpful suggestions for scooter rental and generally treated me like family. Highly recommended. The pentho」
