「We stayed for just under a week in late June/early July. We weren’t sure what to expect with staying in an apartment on-property with the host, but it was good. Kids were playing in the yard occasionally, but not loud and gave us our privacy. Very clean apartment. Nice amenities. Washer/dryer was very helpful. 「There were 4 of us in our party and our host was most accommodating. One of our travelers was handicapped and since we had a hightop table, our host brought us a new table and 4 chairs. They even brought us a big pot to cook our chili. Would definitely stay again. Great stay.」

They only had a few towels to use for a long trip, and the washer was moldy so it was unusable to clean the towels and had to go purchase more to use. Had to wait over an hour to try and get the correct code to get into it late at night. 「This is a big,lovely, contemporary home. It has drawbacks though. Any rental in Alaska in summer needs room darkening shades. The shades in this house don’t even come close. There is no AC. That would be okay, but there was a baseball game right behind the house so opening the windows wasn’t possible. Too noisy. Good points: heated floor in master bath, lots of room, nice kitchen.」
