He kindly gave us a brief tour of the amenities before showing us to our room, which was immaculately clean. The continental breakfast was enjoyable, and overall we had a very pleasant stay. We only realised this on the last morning so couldn’t mention it to staff. I would normally speak to someone directly rather than on a public forum"
