We have stayed in Nagaoka a few times. This hotel is the best. The staff are extremely kind and accommodating. The breakfast buffet is probably the best in all of Niigata prefecture. The rooms are renovated leaving us with the best large and highest pressure shower I've ever had.

駅から近いのに、静かで落ち着いた雰囲気のホテルで、治安も良く、安心して過ごせました。 ホテルマンの方たちも、物腰が柔らかく丁寧に対応して下さり、長岡を訪ねたのは初めてだったのですが、ほっと出来ました。 お部屋の照明の位置が絶妙で、ベッドや枕の寝心地も、とても良かったので、ぐっすり眠れました。 お風呂の換気扇がほとんど無音で、それでもちゃんと、乾燥するので、配慮が成されているんだなぁと感心しました。 シャワーヘッドの勢いが良くて、シャワーが使いやすかったです。 また、朝ご飯のバイキングが、大変種類が豊富で美味しく、長岡を訪ねる際には、また是非、お世話になりたいと思いました。

朝食がとても美味しかったです！ 今回は新幹線ではなく車だったため、特に長岡駅は利用しませんでしたが、駅が近いのはとても魅力的だと思います。 ただ、近くにあるコンビニが24時間ではないため、少し離れたところまで行がなくてはならなかったのがちょっと不便かなと思ったくらいで、それ以外はよかったです！
