Very friendly staff, between hotel shuttle and ski rental shuttles, can pretty much catch rides everywhere. Nice to walk back to hotel, very safe.

We enjoy the time stay here

Historical hotel. People are very very nice. Very good service, all our family had good time. The food is also very good. Local source, prepared with the heart. The only thing is I suggest hotel use locker for the snowboard storage.

This was the unexpected highlight of the trip. We booked here as our first location option at gala was full, and what a surprise it was. It's very Japanese for a westerner but a beautiful experience. Very warm and clean.

Wonderful Ryokan

This ryokan has an excellent hot spring on-site. Their breakfast is excellent, and the staff were kind and accommodating. The room was quiet and very comfortable. However, most of the restaurants in Yuzawa close at 7 pm during the off-season (summer), so their shuttles don't run after 6 or 7 pm during the week. It can be a bit inconvenient.

温泉がとても良い

温泉は源泉掛け流しで、アルカリ性の硫黄泉。肌がつるつるになります。夕食も頂いたのですが、自家製のふのり蕎麦やわらびの煮物など地味があり美味しい。駅から遠いのが難点でしたが、送迎サービス延長中で温泉街に出るのも楽で助かりました。サービスもにこやかで、改装工事が終わったら、また伺いたいと思います。

本が沢山並んだアンティークな感じがいい。

よく見ていないのでよく分かりませんが、駐車場が停められる台数が少ない上、他のホテル専用駐車場もあるので、どこが高半の駐車場か分かりにくかった点がありました。初めて来た方は恐らく迷ってしまうのではないかと思います。私はバイクで向かいましたが、駐車場を案内する方はいましたので助かりました。 あと、チェックインの受付は外国の方に対応していただきました。まだ日本語と接客に慣れていない部分があったのか全体的に館内の説明が不十分でした。荷物も結構あったのですが、持つのを手伝ってくれる方がいなかった、エレベーター前まで案内した時、ボタンを荷物一杯の私に押させる等、受付の対応、サービスにつきましては星5の内、星2とさせてください。一方で食事はとても満足しました。案内、提供する方も丁寧で、食事も新潟ならではのもので、良かったです。以上の事から、接客、サービスは星3にしました。 施設もとても綺麗で、本が沢山並んだアンティークな感じがとても好きでした。 ありがとうございました。

何度でも入りたい温泉

リニューアル工事中のため黒い網に囲まれていたのがとても残念でしたが、それ以外は大満足でした。 温泉がとても良かったです。硫黄温ですが、無色透明に近く。でも入るととろりとする感じ。指の傷が回復しました。温度も心地よく、ずっと入っていたかったです。 雪国のDVDも面白かったですが、2時間以上は少し長かったです。(飲物を持って観れば良かった) 資料館も丁寧にご説明頂き興味深かったです。 お食事も大変美味しく、ちょうど良い量で良かったです。 全国の温泉を巡っていますが、またもう一度行きたいと思えるお宿でした。

在越後湯沢駅有shuttle bus也可以打電話給酒店去車站接送，去gala場也有接送。房間舒適又大，居高臨下風景優美，公共室內onsen是通宵開放，但open air 的只有for女性，温泉水在這家酒店充滿歴史典故，在大堂還有有關的小小博物館。晚上沒訂包晚餐的一定要予先買定吃的，因為印象中酒店方圓幾百米都沒便利店

スタッフ言うことなし。素晴らしいし温かい！ 料理は豪華で美味しい！お客が喜ぶようにこだわった内容に食事時間が楽しみになる。 駅やスキー場へは車の送迎があるので問題なし。運転手さんも優しい。 温泉が気持ちよく、スキーで疲れた身体を癒してくれる。 今度図書ラウンジでゆっくり過ごしたい。

훌륭한 온천물

가와바타 야스나리의 설국의 집필 장소입니다. 작은 전시장도 먀우 인상적입니다. 온천물이 아주 좋습니다. 료간은 세월의 흔적으로 좀 허름하지만 먀우 편안한 여행이 되었습니다.

お部屋が古いことはわかっていましたが、 古くても清潔感のあるお部屋かどうかが 重要だと思います。 正直、清潔感は感じられない ただの古い旅館でした。 特に窓際の椅子が布張りでしたが、 汚れが目立つ無地オフホワイト色なので 染みの跡がクッキリ。 汚れるのがわかっているので 柄入りのダーク色にするなど 工夫はできると思います。 私にはちょっと厳しいな、という印象です。 多分翌日別の宿に泊まったので それとの比較をしてしまい 厳しい評価となりました。 スタッフの方々は皆さんとても優しく 心配りを色々してくださいました。 ありがとうございました。
