Loved the sweeping view from our room on the 46th floor. Have never stayed at a hotel with the quickest available elevators! The staff were very quick to provide service. The access to shopping is amazing and had to purchase another suitcase. The hotel was so convenient to return to the room to drop off packages and start all over again. Access to the subway was more than convenient as well as the access to three floors of dining options. There is even a museum on one of the lower floors.

amazing location at namba, close to the market/stores and namba station. has coin laundry, but the dryer requires alot of time. try x3 what you think

Great location for Osaka. Many things are walkable and those that aren’t the train station is just a few minutes away. The hotel is great and rooms are good sized. The breakfast buffet is decent

I’ve never been to a hotel that showers you with free amenities like Bali did. Even though I didn’t take advantage of it, it was still nice to experience it. Oh and also they provide free red/white wine and miso soup.

The hotel is stunning!! We were traveling for a very special occasion, and the hotel sent us a special gift that consisted of three sets of chopsticks, cookies, and a voucher for a drink at their beautiful bar. This was very thoughtful, and we really appreciated it. There were 6 bottles of water refilled every morning and a ton of high-quality facial products, including bath salts for the tub. The location of this hotel is fantastic, close to everything, including the metro.

Great place and great service. Check in can take a while when there is a line. They need a better way to do that. Otherwise, very happy with the location and the hotel is modern and the rooms are convenient. You can hear the train if you get a lower level room so I recommend a higher floor if that bothers you.

Clean room, quiet area, and friendly staff. My main criteria for choosing a hotel is cleanliness and location, and this hotel checked both of those boxes off. The size of the room is on the smaller size at least compared to the ones I'm used to; however, I felt like it had plenty of room to fit my carry on sized roller bag and I. The location of the hotel is nice because it's in a quiet area and only about a 10 min walk to Namba station. I practically walked everywhere , and it was easy to...

The room was clean and well stocked with amenities. The staff was wonderful, helpful, and friendly

Hotel room not huge. It was my second time checking in the hotel and they upgraded me to a bigger room complimentary. Area is nice close to subway and many food options. Great place to stay when taking the AirPort Express train to KIX airport. Staff was professional and accommodating

I like the location a lot and everything was so nice. The staff is very friendly and I’ll definitely stay here again.

The best hotel

This hotel was right in the heart of Namba so close to the train stations and tons of restaurants. The staff was very friendly, kind, and helpful. We loved having the washer/dryer in our room so we could do laundry while we were out. There was also a kitchenette fully stocked with everything you would need to cook, but we didn't have time to cook while we were there for 2 nights. The shower was excellent. We liked having the ecofriendly slippers provided which had a thicker sole and can be...
