「The location of this property is excellent. The apartment is spacious and in a wonderful location in walking distance to everything in town. There are water views across the street, and that's lovely! Inside the floors are uneven and the layout is unusual. This was fine for us but wouldn't be if I was staying more than a night or two. For instance, the silverware is not in the same room as the kitchen. So preparing and serving a meal would not be as smooth as one might expect. The real issue...

「The studio is not luxurious, but it’s very modern and nice. The unit was extremely clean, which is so important. The host’s communication was great, even answering me on a Saturday night when I had a question. The location is very good as well. All of the area attractions are within a short driving distance and there is a Dunkin Donuts at a gas station that is within walking distance. It is on a busy road, but once inside the unit with the door closed we couldn’t hear even a hint of traffic. We...

「The property was resealing the driveway and painting parking lines. Our room smelled strongly of petroleum. We were on the first floor with the common area outside our window. People played loud music late into the night. The room was mainly clean, but the bedspread had dribbled coffee stains on it in multiple places. Breakfast was okay. Had multiple to-go choices.」
