The condo was nice. Comfortable for our family of 8 plus a toddler. The 3rd bedroom was a little tight for 4 "adult" size grandkids so one ended up sleeping on the couch in the living room. The Wolf oven heated to 269 and no higher after an hour; had to be repaired (told us it should heat to 350 in 27 min. now! Slow!) The new LG clothes dryer does not dry...even after several hours. Have to finish drying on a rack. We ran out of salt/pepper and handsoap. The property manager wasn't available to replace them but reimbursed us for the purchase. Also, ran out of toilet paper and no one was available to replenish. Had to go buy some. Sounded like they normally stock a certain number of rolls for the week and that's it! Had to ask for more trash bags, too, which they brought to us. While the issues were an irritant, we still enjoyed our stay in beautiful Ko Olina with our family.

This is a great unit to stay in! Wonderful views and steps to the pool and the ocean! The owners are fantastic to work with and we are hoping we can come back next year!

Condo was clean, quiet, comfortable, and convenient. Bathroom and bedroom were very small.

The property was not cleaned prior to our arrival. We arrived around 2AM and had to text the owner and let then know it was not cleaned. Very responsive, with immediate solutions and was remedied the nex day. We stayed for a week and was not left with any extra garbage bags. Other than that the stay was wonderful.

We enjoyed our stay at Birdies Beachfront. This is our second stay at the condo. I love the location. As a mother of teens, you can give them the freedom they want, but still keep check on them while at the pool. The resort is family oriented and has security present to ensure safety. We vacationed with other families who were told to keep their daughters close at other resorts closer to the Boardwalk.

The property has a beautiful view of the ocean. Nice condo for the price. My only complaint was ice maker wasn’t working but I didn’t report it just used ice trays.

The condo was clean and ready to go. The check-in and check-out process was simple. The owners were always available to answer questions and help with any concerns. We will definitely be choosing this condo again.
