Free Attraction Ticket Program - All Oceana Resorts guests are provided with a package of tickets from local partners. The program offers one free ticket from up to three partners per reservation, and additional tickets are available to purchase when the free tickets are redeemed. Details are updated seasonally on our property-specific websites. Children's Activities - This program is available at Carolinian Beach Resort, Patricia Grand, and Bay Watch from mid-June through mid-August. Activities include shark tooth hunts, crafts, pool games, and more!Snowbird Activities - This program is available at Carolinian Beach Resort, Patricia Grand, and Bay Watch each winter from early January through mid-March. These activities build on the snowbird community we have each winter. Activities include card games, crafts, bingo, field trips, Waffle Wednesday meet-n-greets, and more! This property is managed by Vacasa South Carolina LLC.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The amenities were great, to include the poolside bar and grill. Multiple pools, hot tubs plus a lazy river gives you plenty to do along with immediate beach access. Rooms are great as well. Definitely will be making reservations here again.

Great view, Great area

The ocean front view is amazing. The room is as described. The building had some issues. Only one elevator per side was working. This caused long waits at the elevators to be able to use them. Handicap doors were also not working which made it difficult to load and unload vehicle. Staff was polite.

The view of the ocean was amazing. Nice amenities with multiple pools and hot tubs. Overall cleanliness of room was good. Overall cleanliness of property not great but not terrible. Grace given due to pet friendly. Access to beach very easy and convenient. Biggest downside was the DJ on Sunday. The music was obnoxious and not family friendly. If they are going to have a DJ playing loud music at the pool it should be family friendly music, not adult entertainment. That was really the only bad experience. Beds and pillows were comfy.

Not at all what we expected!

This place is run down and hasn't received an upgrade for years. The room was "overall - livable." We could have booked at half the price had we gone directly through V A C A S A instead of V R B O dot com!!! Very disappointed!

Don’t go in the jacuzzi

Room is excellent.. clean .. beautiful view.. little kitchen.. very comfortable beds and black out curtains helped us get some much needed sleep.. But the jacuzzi experience was the worst I have ever had.. 1 of the jacuzzi water was brown /yellow and definitely did trust going in there.. The second Jacuzzi.. had so much chlorine in it we could not even breath from the fumes .. and had to get out and was actually 2 of us got sick from fumes and we could feel it in our lungs the next day.. fix the jacuzzi issue .. otherwise a 5 star experience

Great location! Could be cleaner

Small room, but I expected that I wasn’t planning on staying in the room a whole lot. The cleanliness of the room and the property could be much better. When we asked for more towels, we only got half of what we asked for because supposedly they didn’t have enough for everybody for the night and if you’re staying through Vicasa, they don’t clean your room daily. The fees are ridiculous through VRBO. Great location. Make sure to bring your own umbrella in Beach chairs they’re expensive to rent and you only get them until about 430. The beach was rarely crowded.
