"I didn’t see a pool "

"Rude management, room door had missing screws door did not lock was tampered with"

"The pool is very small and the hotel has a $350 fee for the cabana. The room was very clean but the amenities weren’t as advertised."

"There was no water in the pool. If the door is advertised as having a pool. There was hair in the bathroom sink that was not mine. The biggest issue I had was noise coming from the refrigerator. I unplugged the refrigerator. It had a loud humming noise which kept me awake. Upon checking out there was a gentleman waiting to check out before me. He told me he had been waiting five minutes. I also had been waiting for five minutes. We were knocking on the glass. No one came out so we just left the key card and left. "

"Everybody was super nice, they made sure it was okay with me to clean my room. I had zero problems with such a fun trip!! 100% coming back to this hotel next time im there 😋"

"We only stayed 1 night but this place was great. The man who greeted us was super friendly as well as the other staff we interacted with. Inside the room was spotless. Beds were clean. Property is very well kept. Would definitely stay here again. "

"This property pleasantly surprised me, I was there solo traveling and it was my first time staying somewhere with a shared bathroom. The room has no AC but that didn’t matter to me as I had windows open and there’s a ceiling fan, there’s also a fridge, dresser, table and sink in the room. The area is perfect also, very safe you have cafes and dinner spots around the block, also located on a street that is a 10 min straight drive to Santa Monica beach."
