Staff was extremely courteous. Since my stay included breakfast, this hotel serves the best breakfast spread and the serving staff is very responsive as well. The only downside to this hotel is that the rooms don't have closet space so no matter how many number of nights you are staying with them, ...

White Pearl Colaba
3 stars is only because of location and cleanliness. The service was below what you will get in a hotel in India. We had to ask several times to get the room cleaned, there is no tea/coffee and kettle in the room, or room service available. It is very basic. But the location and price are good.
