「The owner was extremely helpful, from helping us with food options to suggesting places for nightlife and more. She is readily available for all of your needs, even letting us drop off luggage in her place early so we could get to sight seeing. Highly recommend location for a true local experience.」

「部屋内に利用できない部屋が2部屋あったのは気になりました。 食事は主に日本から持ち込みのレトルト食品を食べていました。 朝食付だったのですがあまり美味しくなかったので、レジデンス内のレストランを利用することは無かったです。 また、周りの環境も良くないので徒歩圏内での外食は期待しないほうが良いと思います。 繁華街に行けばレストランも多いと思いますが、渋滞状況にもよりますがタクシーで30分程かかりました。 ビジネス利用目的であれば問題ないと思いますが、観光目的であればお勧めはしません。」

「I have always enjoyed my stay at Theory9, however, this time there were extremely noisy guests living on the same floor who didn't sleep till 2am, cooked a full meal in the kitchenette, left the dishes unwashed and unusable for the other guests on the floor. The staff saw this but didn't say anything to them. There was one night where they came back to the room at 1:30am and wouldn't talk softly at all. That woke me up and I couldn't fall back asleep. Just a terrible experience overall.」
