「My Dad and I booked a once in a life time trip to India, once we arrived at the apartment at 1am there was no one there to check us in. Before travelling I was advised to contact the care taker who would let us in, i called and called (as well as reception) and no one answered Leading to us having to check in to an alternative hotel for the night. I am still fighting for a refund for the first night... I wouldnt call the apartments serviced, as it would only 'serviced' the first two days out of...

「Die Sauberkeit hätte besser sein können. Es lagen dreckige Handtücher auf dem Boden, es waren Flecken auf der Bettdecke, der Wasserfilter hat getropft und es war schon eine große Pfütze als wir ankamen und hat die ganze Nacht weiter getropft. Der Service war etwas langsam und wir mussten öfter nachfragen. Aber das Apartment insgesamt war schön und wir haben uns insgesamt wohlgefühlt. Ich würde bei meinem nächsten Aufenthalt dennoch nach einer anderen Unterkunft schauen. 」
