「My Dad and I booked a once in a life time trip to India, once we arrived at the apartment at 1am there was no one there to check us in. Before travelling I was advised to contact the care taker who would let us in, i called and called (as well as reception) and no one answered Leading to us having to check in to an alternative hotel for the night. I am still fighting for a refund for the first night... I wouldnt call the apartments serviced, as it would only 'serviced' the first two days out of...

「I was very disappointed about this property I have booked with two twin beds and they gave one bed apartment also I booked six months in advance so I should get twin bed apartment My son has to sleep on sofa for 8 nights. I did make sure with Expedia and they said yes you will get twin bed, also they gave me different apartment which I haven't booked」
