There was no telephone to connect to the front desk in the room. They give you a phone number to call, which is a Japanese landline phone number, which is useless if you don’t have a Japanese phone number and rely on WhatsApp or iMessage to communicate in Japan. For the amount of money they charge for the rooms, this is unacceptable.
The atmosphere of the room was nice but they don’t even give you drinks sachets in your room. You have to go to the ground floor to collect them if you want any. Again, this is unacceptable for the amount of money they charge for each room.
Overall, it was an overpriced hotel with little service, and I will not recommend this place.
