"Ideally sited hotel but showing signs of nearing the end of current modeling and in need of updating, staff were welcoming and room clean. Under utilised dining facility with food and beverages of good quality. Car parking on site easily acesable but a pity that reservations for parking cannot be made."

"The rooms had not been deep cleaned in a long time, massive build-up of dust and dirt in many corners and around showers etc. It appears the cleaners are not given enough time to actually make sure rooms are clean. Was told they had 1 cleaner on for 20 rooms. The first room I had smelled damp and was not pleasant to be in. The hotel did rectify this for the next two nights with a room change. Breakfast is only available from 8.30 which is way too late for most business travellers and reception only manned from 8am till 6pm. Receipts are not forthcoming and you have to chase to get them. Again, not great for the business traveller."

"Worst location I have ever chosen. Definitely not suitable for senior visitors, But good if you are young and like hill trekking Don’t believe the interior pics- they were taken with a with a very wide angle camera lens. Economising by using slow reacting sensor lights in public passages is an extreme cost saving measure. No -I don’t recommend this hotel at any price."

"The location was very convenient! It was quite noisy at night even with windows are closed but expected for its location. The room was clean with all expected amenities listed. Easy to walk around to near by restaurants and bars. There is paid parking near the front of the building during the day which is free overnights but no parking on the premises. We did enjoy our stay here overall!"

"No sauna or jacuzzi, no mention of this when I booked, asked if they would upgrade me as a guester of good will. Flat out NO. Rude GM on site. Will not stay there again "
