Perfect spot in the city
My wife and I were campervaning around New Zealand but chose to stay in hotels when in the big cities so we could spread out a bit. I was a bit worried about parking but we called and they got us a spot where we could park our van. We were met at the door and felt very welcome. The hotel only covers one floor, so it felt more like a bed and breakfast than a hotel where you’re just another guest. The room was spacious and the deck was very nice to have. Having laundry in-unit was very nice for us as well. Location is within waking distance to many awesome spots. We ran/hiked up to Mount Victoria from the hotel and made it to the top in less than a half hour - awesome views. We caught the ferry to the South Island early the next morning and was only about a 15 min drive to the Interislander. Overall awesome place to stay and we’ll be back!
