Wow what a great stay! Really great Communication from day 1. Clear instructions for parking and accessing keys. The room itself was exactly what we needed, it was clean, tidy and modern and nice! Really convenient and great that they took pets. Special touches like having a dog bed, bowl and dog treats! Room was clean and spacious and comfortable. Check-in and out was super easy and I got a call before check in to make sure I had everything we needed. Highly recommend.

These apartments are in an excellent location, just around the corner from Te Papa and across the road from the waterfront. Lots of nice eateries within a short walk too. The apartment was well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The balcony had views of the waterfront and was a lovely spot. We would definitely stay here again if coming back to Wellington.

I booked an extra night.

Nice bright units are one block from waterfront, next door to convention centre and Te Papa museum, and walking distance to everything. Automated check-in but management office is onsite if you need anything. Comfortable bed with good quality linens and all amenities for a short term stay.

We stayed at U Residence Hotel on our road trip to Queenstown and on our return. We absolutely loved this place and we were travelling with our wee dog who was able to stain our room. It was extremely clean, warm and the location is amazing, both for food and to the Ferry. Check in was easy and contactless. Definitely will stay here again with or without dog.

Great room. Check in was easy. Staff were very friendly and helpful and location was fantastic. Room wasn’t very soundproof but thankfully it’s quiet at night so it didn’t cause any problems.
