マウント スノウ バレーのモーテル

「The room was supposed to be 2 king beds, but it was 2 queens so we had to sleep in separate beds. When we walked in there were spider webs and various insects everywhere. The floor was very uneven with various holes. Some had toilet paper stuffed in them because there was no Kleenex provided in the room. The good parts were a large bathroom counter, a nice shower head, the tv worked, and the mattresses were decent. Keep in mind there’s no amenities, but it’s affordable compared to everything...

「We could not stay because of the terrible mold and mildew. Asked for a refund from Expedia and the hotel. Hotel only refunded half $77, which is what the regular rate is. Expedia has not refunded the $77 of the total $154 charge. Will dispute the remaining charge with Expedia」

「Sleeper sofa leg broken and smelled of dog urine. Coffee bags were wet on the inside, end table was not out together. Floors made your feet black and bathroom had black mold in the corners. Office was only open from 2p-7p Place was the worst hotel I’ve stayed in」

「very noisy. no soundproofing whatsoever. very clean but very sterile. I felt like i was a monk in a monastery. great for a bed for the night.」

「I asked him on the front desk if I get a coffee machine but hi said no wen i order online they said breakfast is available but is not the guy in front desk was rude」

「Excellnt! People are so friendly, and kind. their dog Jojo also welcome guests. The logde is new and clean. I like their early American style ornament and furniture. I’ve never stayed such cosy rocal lodge. 」
