「Well-maintained facility by the hard-working family that runs the Putney Inn. Rooms were clean and quiet. They accommodated a very late check-in without complaint. Great value for money. Only reason it's not a 4 star is that there is some normal wear and tear on the property. But overall I highly recommend it.」

「Smoke alarm randomly started beeping at 5am until around 6:15 got not apparent reason. I walked into main office to find nobody there I decided to pick customer phone at counter but got no response... Later at checkout counter assistant claimed that I never responded to his phone answer.... I'm deeply not satisfied.」

「We stayed for 1 night while passing through . The Room was very clean and very comfortable , love that they a non smoking rooms so they didn’t have that gross stale cigarette smell.. The bed was very comfortable, hot water in the shower was amazing ( there was a body soap/ shampoo dispenser but it was empty ) Only thing that was not great was the continental breakfast.. We went in and they had the smallest coffee maker I have ever seen which is ok I think we may have only been the only guests...

「This property looks absolutely nothing like the online photos and is entirely unsafe. I stayed here with a young child and was forced to check out a full day early due to the appalling and hazardous conditions. Management has refused to issue a refund, and I will be escalating this matter until it is resolved.
