Our dog loves the enclosed backyard and would go hang out in it on his own. One morning he was running in circles in the backyard because he was feeling so good! "Great location, on the edges of Chinatown and the Financial District. The staff was helpful, friendly, and accommodating. You can leave bags after checkout at the concierge desk, which was very helpful for our group since we were not leaving until the evening. The facade was undergoing renovations, but it was being done without disruption to the hotel's operation, apart from some noise in the lobby area. We had no idea it was going on in our room. The views of the city and the Bay were amazing, and the rooms are modern, clean, and well-maintained."
