"Communication was very good. Key pick up was easy. The room was very clean and was super cute and had a log cabin feel to it. Amenities worked perfectly. I totally recommend this place and will stay there again if needed."

"This place is a cozy gem! Everything was as advertised in the listing. There were so many thoughtful touches like a shelf full of board games and a binder full of information & local activity recommendations. The whole space was very cute and neatly arranged with a full kitchen and even some meal supplies intentionally left for us in the fridge. Amy was a wonderful communicator before and during the visit. This is a great spot for anyone interested in outdoor activities -- we chose it for its proximity to Jay Peak. I'd highly recommend this place to anyone considering it."

"Booked this house for 10 family members that were traveling up for a family reunion from over 4 hours away. As it got closer I did not receive any check-in notifications/messages from the host. I sent messages starting 2 days before check-in. The host never responded. I called VRBO on the day of check-in and they were wonderful with assisting me. The host was unresponsive to them. We saw a car and people at the house on our way over so we stopped and they informed us they had booked the house for 2 weeks and were leaving on Monday (we booked for Friday-Monday). They stated they had been doing this for a couple years with the owner/host and booked it last October. The host should have never had the house as available and it got double booked. Thankfully we were visiting family and were able to make other arraignments last minute as there was nothing else available in the area for our timeframe. I found out that this was not the first time that this situation had happened with this host which makes this even worse."
