Loved the lady she was delightful and helpful . The outside needed cleaned up and no sign out we didn’t know if we were at right house . We did enjoy the stay because of her especially -and the view out back .

Anne-Marie and Joe were great hosts. We enjoyed our stay with them and learning about life in Vermont. Their home is a bit out of town, but very comfortable. Breakfast with them and their other guests was great.

Welcoming hosts. The outside is rough. I would stay again. Quiet location. Atmosphere is of an old farm, like the surrounding countryside. Convenient location for my business purposes. Breakfast and conversation was great.

Property and inside was very cluttered. No common area where guest could visit or just relax. Couldn't even get coffee till the agreed upon breakfast time. Very small tv in the bedroom where you are stuck hanging out. Bedroom and bathroom were amazing, clean, comfy bed, nice shower.

Owners of property are very helpful and welcoming. Beautiful home, beautiful rooms, remote location, beautiful view of surrounding mountains! Excellent breakfast home-cooked , under home maintenance projects while there, would recommend small coffee pot and fridge in room for convenience purposes.

I hate leaving a bad review because the owner was very sweet. This is not an Inn...this is someone's home where they are renting out extra rooms. There is clutter covering every inch of every surface in this house including the kitchen. We stayed on the 3rd floor which is a remodeled attic so I kept hitting my head on the angled ceilings and there were dozens of flies in the bathroom. The house doesnt have any signage and has abandoned vehicles outside so it was a little jarring. I would not recommend staying here even though the owner was nice.

It was a small Inn. No one bustling around. Quite. Panaramic view from my windows in the morning. Didn't see any deer. Dining room was small-1 large table and 6 chairs. Cozy. The innkeeper cooked breakfast. He asked the night before if I had any food allergies and what I might like to eat. He was very friendly. The room was very nice and clean. Internet access was very good. Had a private bathroom next door to my room. It was very nice, clean and modern. I felt comfortable taking a shower there. Good water pressure. Only drawback is-I'm short. The bed was quite high and had difficulty getting on it but I managed. Did have a good night's sleep. Suggested to the Innkeeper might be a good idea if he had a small stool in the room to make it more accessible. Hope his wife is doing well after her accident.

We stayed in the King suite for one night and it was fabulous! The inn is located about 7 miles out of Montplier but the property was quiet and beautifully situated. AnnMarie & Joe were wonderful hosts and we enjoyed our conversations. We highly recommend this b&b!

This B&B is definitely at the top of the hill, on unpaved roads the last mile, with a gorgeous view from the house. We were surprised upon arrival at the lack of "welcome" signage indicating that we had arrived at the right place, no indication of where visitors should park, lack of a sidewalk or paving stones leading to the entrance, and miscellaneous stuff stacked on the front porch. Inside, in the reception area, was similar - stuff stacked all over. The room was very nice with a luxurious bathroom and spa tub, more gorgeous views, a comfortable king-sized bed, and comfy floor coverings; blinds worked well to keep the morning sun at bay. Coffee was available about 7:45 a.m. and I enjoyed it on the deck. Breakfast was fruit compote and yogurt, eggs, cooked to order, with a generous serving of bacon, and rustic toast. If you're a light sleeper, you should know that sounds from the kitchen/dining room are quite audible in the king-room until well past 10:30 p.m. I suspect it's less of an issue in rooms that are not directly above the kitchen.

J'ai vraiment tout aimé . Les gens étaient très accueillants. L'emplacement est située dans un lieu isolé alors c'est très reposant et calmant. J'ai tellement bien dormi que je recommande aux gens qui on besoin de décompresser c'est la place.

This property was very nice and had a beautiful view of the mountains. Both Ann-Marie and her husband Joe were very hospitable offering information about making our stay the best experience. My husband and I loved the quaintness of Vermont. The room and bed were clean and comfortable and the breakfast was excellent. Would stay here again.

房间很整洁，环境相当的安静，再加上舒适的床，我们一晚好眠。房子在一个山坡上，视野开阔，风景很美。女房东很健谈，还给了我们餐馆的建议，让我们有一顿非常美味的晚餐。 唯一一点小遗憾就是没有洗发水、身体乳可用。

Nice and Secluded

Our hosts, Ann Marie and Joe were delightful. We enjoyed chats with them upon arrival and at breakfast. Our room was spotless and quite spacious and comfortable. The home is definitely off the beaten path up in the hills overlooking beautiful forested hills and secluded on its 50 acres of woods.
