「I booked for 4 nights, but I was able to stay only for 3 nights. This is because, my flight to Morelia was cancelled due to the closure of the airport in Houston because of the snow. 「We stayed one night, but had grate time there. The hotel is placed on the mountain overlooks the city. The view from the terrace of the restaurant was grate, especialy night view was great. And the room is clean and we can enjoy fireplace. And surrounding was silent and peaceful. I totaly liked the hotel. If I have a chance to visit Morelia again, I absolutely choose this hotel.」

I understand the plan I chose was non-refundable but since there was no way for me to arrive in Morelia as scheduled, I wish they were more flexible. So I want the other users to be very careful. The hotel itself was not bad but on Saturday night, loud music was played in the garden until around 1 or 2 am, and it was annoying. "
