Great hotel. Second stay. Easy to walk to centro but away from the noise and the traffic. Parking across the street and the rooms are super clean and comfortable, with AC.

Two night stay

Two night stay with friends. Very friendly staff, clean rooms with breakfast included. Was advertised as a queen bed, but more like a double, which was not a big deal. The bed was clean and comfortable. Quiet area close to everything.

Una tristeza, este lugar tiene todo para poder ser un buen hotel pero tiene demasiadas fallas en su servicio. El hotel esta limpio, los cuartos son pequeños y la recamara es excesivamente reducida, el agua caliente sale cuando quiere y lo PEOR de todo, si tienen huéspedes ruidosos los escuchas a traves de la ventana mal sellada del cuarto y no importa cuanto les llames a la recepción, te dicen que ahorita van y los callan, pero asi estuvimos 2 dias hasta las 3a.m. Para acabar el problema solicitamos irnos dos días antes de nuestros 4 días de estadía y nos dijeron que como hicimos la reserva por expedia, ellos mo podían hacer nada. Cuando los trataron de contactar nunca dieron con la persona indicada para poder hacer el tramite de reembolso y se escudan que no hay nadie de recepción que hable ingles. El staff cuando de recepción no fue ni para pedirnos una disculpa por las molestias que nos causaron. Ahorren su dinero y no vengan aqui.

Honestly it was really sad stay; They offer A/C and the room didn't have, They advertised WiFi and they don't have in most rooms (like one I got and they were not able accomadeta in an A/C one), the main issue it's they have rooms on the bottom floor almost feel like underground humid and warm room, no air circulating from window only a pedestal fan, no cell service from any carrier and that's the issue with NO WiFi.

En la noche anterior llegaron unos clientes muy ruidosos y no dejaban descansar. Por otro lado una tarde al llegar al hotel estaban unas personas tomando cerveza con una caja de cerveza sobre una mesa no me pareció buena imagen. Saludos

Muy bueno en todos los aspectos solo que el ruido de habitación a habitación es muy claro, y el desayuno termina a las 11 de la mañana, no a las 12 como en otros lugares
