The room only had one functional light and the rest of the switches didn't work at all.. Though the TV was good and had lots of options. Only found out that midway the TV emitted a loud buzzing noise. Thought it was a fire alarm. Had to turn it off so wouldn't wake the people next door. Air conditioning was perfect for sleeping. Just overall not happy with light switches and TV issue. Lots of nearby stores to walk to.

This hotel is in more of commercial/shopping area. The staff was amazing! Very kind and attentive. We had dinner at the restaurant and it was amazing!

I was initially given a non-updated room, but the manager was very kind and upgraded us to one of their renovated rooms. I would definitely recommend this hotel — just make sure to confirm which room type you’re booking. The updated rooms are really nice and very comfortable.

Misleading advertising

The hotel itself is nice and comfortable. I was very disappointed to discover that there was NO airport transportation as advertised on the site. I was in transit with my family and the airport transportation was one of the main reasons why I selected that hotel. When I asked, the hotel receptionist simply said no we don’t have airport transportation. I stated that it was listed on the site, he didn’t reply.
