「We had an excellent long weekend at the hotel. Bed was very comfortable and room was beautiful. They were very friendly and welcoming to our pets. 」

They changed the room without issue but that was a downgrade and because I booked through Expedia they couldn’t give a rate adjustment at the front desk. So all they could do was a 20% discount for the next stay in that hotel. Expedia prepay was the problem. I’m disappointed. 」

There was paint missing/ mouldy corners in the hotel room ceiling and carpets were at the point that we didn’t take our shoes off. 「Terrible room condition, lots of water damage in ceiling tiles and panelling. And to top it all they put us in a room beside some guests that had volume on TV at annoying levels. 」
