「Highly recommend, was exactly like described.. the staff very friendly and opened doors and held elevators.. thank you!! Breakfast was 11 out of 10. Good was delicious service exceptional!! Our king suite was perfect , felt like home!!! Thank you to all at James hotel!!!」

「The breakfast buffet was excellent with lactose free and gluten free options, fresh fruit, many dairy options, beautifully prepared eggs and meats, and many, many cereal, muffin and other bread options. The buffet staff work really hard to see that food stations are replenished and surfaces are cleaned.」

「The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a decent variety throughout the week. The room was spacious and comfortable, but I wish the temperature control worked better. It was either too hot or too cold. The pool was disappointing as it requires some additional cleaning on the deck, and the pool floor is quite badly chipped. The splash features didn’t work and towels weren’t always available (the washing machines broke down). The hotel had two elevators but only one was working...
