「When we arrived there was no one on property, no one answered the phone numbers that were provided. Another guest finally got through to someone and we did finally get our code for our room. The sidewalks were disgusting with dirt and cigarette butts. We got into our room didn't smell the greatest my husband went to the bathroom there was no toilet paper and there was an unflushed mess in the toilet. There was black gunk in the tub drain and the bathroom floor didn't look like it had been washed...

「Absolute relaxation bliss! My room was ever so cozy and very, very clean! Though they may be still working on some renovations it was not obvious to me! All the areas I saw were bright, clean and well maintained! The views were lovely and watching g the sunrise over the lake was just the icing on the cake. Though check in was contactless and there was no front desk I was still able to find staff if I needed anything. Though this lodge only had tvs in shared spaces, this is not the type of...

「The apartment reminded me of off-campus housing some friends lived in during college - an older building, not in the best repair, but good enough. In this case, there are some newer things (couch, rugs, TV) juxtaposed with some older things (beds, general condition). Several of the rooms have light switches across the room from the entrance, so you have to walk through a dark room before you turn the light on or after you turn it off. 「Buyer beware. Host assured 100% refund of 1 night of stay well prior to arrival but after several asks, gave only partial. Finally did refund only to remove it immediately and then stop communicating. At booking, the listing set up automatic late check out charge of 25. Unclear directions on how to enter the property. Repeatedly gave 2 different check out times throughout stay. Just frustrating. . . 」

The keyosk was down and would no issue keys, so we ended up leaving. When contacting the hotel about it the next day, they claimed that they called as soon as we left to say we could come back, which was not true. We received no call. On top of that, we now paid for the room twice me」
