"The Washburn Inn did not have an elevator, so that is not ideal, but we liked everything else about it. Also no vending machine, but the area was beautiful, the price was fair, and it was a great place to stay near Bayfield and Ashland both. The staff was very friendly."

We were unable to connect to WiFi with the home’s hot spot- my son had his along so we were able to slowly connect. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was amazing!"

"This was a very unique hotel. Very few rooms and incredible views. The room was ginormous and so cozy. The shower was huge and had two heads! It was an easy check in and check out process. The cafe downstairs was wonderful. We would most definitely stay here again and will recommend to others!"

"What a beautiful facility right on Lake Superior. From the front desk guys who were so accommodating to our requests to the check out gal who took our picture, it was a trip we won’t soon forget. When you walk into the lobby, the stunning decor of the facility brings you back to the golden age. The outdoor patio was quite comfortable and the view was amazing. Great place to kick back and watch God’s beauty. The rooms were spacious, very comfortable and have the tallest ceilings I have ever seen. The complimentary breakfast was the best I have ever enjoyed in a hotel setting. All in all, it was a very memorable anniversary getaway and one I will long remember. Thank you Best Western. "
