「When we checked in, we were the only clients in the building that night. The restaurant had all of the chairs upon tables, even after they were open. There was only one waitress, who was very surprised to see us. We did eventually only order an appetizer which was pizza fries, but when our food arrived, it was a cheese pizza cut into dipping strips. 「I will never book a room at this hotel again when I arrived there’s no one there to check in and there isn’t phone number left there to get a hold of somebody but nobody answered. I called for an hour. There’s no option to leave a voice message or anything, and I still haven’t received my money back.」
