"The room itself was very nice. Upper pool area was nice. Lower pool area wasn't working. One of the three elevators was broken and the wait was often VERY long, because elevators were often full when they arrived at your floor. They also really advertise that kids eat free, but that's not true at the Greenery. As the website describes the two dining options, it says "kids under 12 eat free" at the end, but it's really only at The Lyric, which is deceiving."
