「The room was very clean , the surroundings were clean, neat, and tidy.」

「On the whole property was clean. We stayed two nights and the first night the automated window shade broke and would not roll back up. Told staff about it but it was never repaired. Room was dark the rest of the stay.」

「I booked a room that literally said "pet friendly" in the title. The morning we checked out, the desk guy said we have to pay a $250 service fee for having pets - even though we BOOKED a pet friendly room. It's his fault for not paying attention but I am the one that has to pay for it. Absolutely unacceptable.」

「We went out for the day. We returned at ten at night. Exhausted. Our room was not cleaned. Bed not made. No clean towels. Toilet paper almost gone with no spare roll. Garbage not removed. I had to go back down to the front desk to get toilet paper and towels. There was no offer of compensation. Not even an apology. Also the free breakfast is very slim pickings.」

「Enjoyed the lake view deck and fire pit a night. A great location with many food options by boat or car.」

「Didn’t realize I was staying in the basement of a home where the Host family was so inconsiderate to the amount of noise that they were creating by stomping around for 3 plus hour on my first. Asked that they be more considerate and they stopped stomping around for about 20 minutes and the it continue until 11:30pm. The smells of the basement area were a little over whelming when I checked in and I was able to open a window. Sorry I’d couldn’t take the lack of consideration from the host...
