「I was very disappointed with my recent stay at this Quality Inn in Rhinelander. The property appears to be in serious need of maintenance and renovation. The first thing I noticed was the condition of the parking lot and driveways. They are in very poor condition, with numerous cracks and deteriorating pavement that make a bad first impression. The cleanliness of the room was also disappointing. The bathroom had fingerprint smudges on multiple surfaces, which immediately made me question how...

「The hotel was fine although there was t much to eat at the breakfast (no eggs). What frosts me is Expedia which listed the room at $104, $120ish with fees, but then I got charged over $140. Someone owes me a discount.」

「I did not know the hotel had no elevator. Our room was located on the second floor.」

「Didn’t realize I was staying in the basement of a home where the Host family was so inconsiderate to the amount of noise that they were creating by stomping around for 3 plus hour on my first. Asked that they be more considerate and they stopped stomping around for about 20 minutes and the it continue until 11:30pm. The smells of the basement area were a little over whelming when I checked in and I was able to open a window. Sorry I’d couldn’t take the lack of consideration from the host...
