"Good location, wonderful staff. Elevator was broken and I was out on the 4th floor, I. Spite of having reserved considerably in advance. Hotel is 2 stars but no AC; if you are traveling in summer be advised that hotels with AC and more amenities are available for comparable prices in the vicinity. Staff was very kind but I likely would not stay here again. Also WiFi was not secure, and so effectively not of use to me."

"The staff was incredible. We got to the property and realized we had accidentally booked for next year and didn’t have a reservation oops and the person at the front desk was so sweet and helpful. She got us a great room right away and was extremely kind. It would’ve been such a stressful situation had it not been for the amazing hospitality from the Citadine staff.
