「I wanted to like this hotel, but we were disappointed by how old the mattresses and furniture were. Sadly there was no sitting area/sofa in living area, just the trundle bed and a basic table with chairs. The location and balcony view were very beautiful and the host was nice and welcoming, and it was very clean, so that was much appreciated. However the listing said a 4 star hotel so we were a bit disappointed with the situation.」

「Everything was great except the check-in process. It was a complete nightmare and wasted over an hour of my time trying to find the apartment, with check-in being at a different unmarked location. There were no instructions, and nothing was marked to show where to go. Once I finally met the host, Daniela, she was wonderful, but the check-in process just put a very negative spin on the stay. Also, there’s no television in the room FYI. I prefer full service four star hotels myself.」

Very polite, very knowledgable and willing to go the extra mile to provide valuable information on sightseeing and dining, as well as coming to the rescue when needed. The apaprtment lacked for nothing and it was very clean and well located to walk to favored destinations. I travel the world, and I was extremely impressed. Highly, highly recommended!」

「Beautiful apartment. Just as described and photographed. We had the 2 bedroom/2 bathroom with a lovely kitchen, lounge and balcony with stunning sea views. Very clean and comfortable beds. Reception are very helpful, efficient and organised a private transfer to Tivat when we left (stayed 5 days) I was a little shocked at how busy the beach was when we arrived so used the pool mostly and just walked across to the sea when we wanted to swim. 「Staff was helpful and kind. Property is as it’s pictured. However the noise is way too more than tolerable. The place above the hotel has a party every night till 1 AM! It’s not just simply street noise, but the speaker is actually right under your window blasting on the fullest! I couldn’t find proper earplugs to block out the noise….」

「Hosting was pretty good. Host was responsive over communication channels. Slightly misleading description as the parking in the hotel fills up very fast and you will get parked in if you park earlier. We had to get alternate parking one night for 25 Euro, and the host was not sympathetic to our parking. 「Palma apartments are in a perfect location, 10 to 15 minutes walk from Kotor old town and waterside restaurants in Dobrota. The hosts were great, available on WhatsApp if needed. Having a parking space was invaluable as parking spots are hard to come by in this area. The apartment was wonderful, spacious and great view of the bay. Thank you for a fantastic stay」
