「Aircondition did not work in the room. Terrible heat and got almost no sleep. Staff was not very friendly. Asked to buy a bottle of water when we returned to the hotel at midnight or where we could get one. «Just drink tap water» was the response. Breakfast was not very fresh with sweaty cheese and out of several items. Room and facilities was clean and spacious but there are some clear signs of wear. Nice little pool on the roof.」

「Really nice hotel complex in a great location offering many local bars, restaurants and shops. Hotel itself exceeded expectations and we had a thoroughly comfortable and enjoyable stay」

「Stunning property and outstanding service and rooms」

「Lovely place, well situated . We really appreciated help with transport arrangements」

「Wonderful stay with amazing hosts! They were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and peaceful, with a beautiful sea view. Everything was great, and we felt very welcome from the moment we arrived. Highly recommended - we would love to come back!」

「Hotel uses historic building and very good atmosphere but I must say service level is not at professional level. I asked to bring towels to my room but it took two hours after I called twice. There is very limited items in the room and I had to ask for glasses to drink wine. There is swimming area just in front of the hotel but drains from somewhere (maybe from the hotel) make the whole area stink….」

「Montenegro is beautiful. Fantastic hotel, staff were great and restaurant was excellent. Recommend asking the hotel to book taxis as you will pay much more on your own. Kotor cable car and rides are a must, amazing views and the rides were fun! Tip - avoid the cruise ship crowds by going early, opens at 9am. Airport struggled with volume of people but we didn’t miss our flight!」

「Upon check-in, the front desk staff was super friendly and professional. We had no issues and everything went smoothly. We were impressed with the aesthetic of the hotel, and the rooms were clean, spacious, and perfect for what we were looking for. We really appreciated the complimentary snack and water. This was a nice touch. We also visited the spa and restaurant. The massage therapist was perfect, and the spa amenities were the best. Breakfast was excellent. All food items were fresh...

「Everything great. But i got charged €50 at checkout for no reason」

「I travel frequently and stayed in a lot of places around the world, this was either THE BEST or one of the top 3 stays I ever experienced! I stayed for 5 full days at the Ground Floor Suite with its own, private entrance and incredible view of the sea. the suite was just like home and a flat that only had its kitchen missing. the interior design was both historical and modern at the same time. the bed was superbly comfortable, bathroom was amazing, everything was incredibly well thought out and...
