9/10 Wonderful! (1,002 reviews)
First time in Italy and what a great introduction to Florence with this great hotel in the middle of this vibrant city. The staff was fun and amazing giving good advice where to dine at traditional restaurants that is walking distance. The best part is the upstairs indoor outdoor breakfast area with good selection of pastry, eggs, bacon etc even fresh honeycomb honey u can spoon it right out. In the evening outdoor terrace serves drinks and cocktail overlooking the city of Florence for a beautiful sunset. The elevator was a bit small and if u took the stairs was a little confusing but that was part of the charm and character of this hotel that made it special. I truly felt like i was experiencing Italy in this hotel and that's what makes traveling most enjoying.

9.8/10 Exceptional! (1,006 reviews)
Had a fantastic stay at Bernini Palace. Our room was extremely comfortable and beautifully appointed. The public spaces are beautiful. Service was excellent. Breakfast in the beautiful breakfast room was divine. The location of the hotel was central and a stone's throw from Piazza della Signoria. I would absolutely stay here again!

9/10 Wonderful! (1,001 reviews)
"The hotel is housed in a beautiful building, greater than 500 years old. It is very clean and well maintained, but some of the room amenities leave a little to be desired. The bathtub is very small and has a glass partition which covers just half the space. It takes a little maneuvering to stand ..."
