「Thank you Hong! This is my first reservation on Vrbo, but Hong was very polite and quick reply on messages, so I was not worried at all. We changed the numbers of travelers halfway, and Hong was willing to respond, thank you very much! The room was bigger than I thought and my friends they all were particularly satisfied. Next time I still want to stay here!」

「The property was spacious for our family. The location was an easy walk to Hirai station, restaurants, and stores. We have runners in our family, so it was a quick and convenient walk to access the Arakawa River Trail for running. Our internet went out, but the owners were fantastic and sent someone out immediately to restore service. We would definitely stay again.」

「This property has to be the cleanest place I have ever stayed in. There was a bit of confusion about the address but the property manager was super helpful. The pictures are completely accurate. i would recommend it and would stay there again.」

「The manager is super nice, responds very quickly to any questions or concerns I had. The neighborhood is quiet and it’s a residential area. It was only a few minute walk to a family mart, 7-11 and to a train station. Having multiple bathroom was nice because there were 5 of us. It was just different that we had to go on the 2nd and 3rd floor to use the toilet. The ground floor had the shower so we always had to bring up our dirty clothes up to wash it. But it felt very comfortable! 」

「Accomodation was very clean, comfortable and perfect for our family. Great location. Communication with owner was easy and reliable. Would definitely stay again. 」

「Close to train lines, great accommodation for our adult family group of 6. Situated on 3 levels via a steep staircase. Asami communicated well and was very helpful and responsive. We appreciated the beautiful complimentary green tea, and the apartment was absolutely spotlessly clean. 」

「Overall, our stay was disappointing. Apartment was clean with close access to trains but host never bothered to tell us the place was located right in the middle of Korea Town which is not what we would want for a once in a lifetime stay in Toyko! Check in was terrifying after 20 hours of travel as the host neglected to inform us the key lock code was changed. Lots of difficulty regulating the heat and host was not as helpful with that as we would have expected. Never responded when we said we...
