Everything was perfect. The room had everything we expected. Having a washer and dryer was a super bonus. (If they sold individual cleaning pods on site that would have been convenient but we just purchased a small amount of laundry soap at the local Maxi Pali which was just down the road from our location.) Breakfast daily included was amazing. Fantastic food! The location was perfect for everything we wanted to do in Jaco.

Loved the balcony as we sat out often. Music started too early in the morning. Not enough staff so to order food off the menu and ordering drinks took forever. Dirty glasses left on the bar counter during meal service. A pain to run a tab as they don’t ask you when checking in. So you have to give them your credit card at reception and first time at bar. Sitting on loungers you never saw a server asking you if you want something. Inefficiencies in dining room as tables never cleaned off after first sitting.

Bring a poncho to keep you dry. Depending on the time you go it could be raining, but dont let that stop you from booking tours.

pretty cool but not mind-blowing. As far as hanging bridges go, these were the best we experienced in Costa Rica in terms of height and distance and well-maintained. We saw one howler monkey at the very end of the hike and a few birds along the way, but not much wildlife.
