「The phone in the wrong did not work so I had to go downstairs to the front desk. The guy brought the cart up but we wasn’t ready so ask for 5 minutes to get our stuff together since he couldn’t leave the cart. He knocked at the door in 3 minutes saying he had other things to do very rude. The thing about it if the phone worked I could have requested the cart at the exact time that we needed it. However the bell guy was not being very helpful or understanding. Terrible experience!」

「Great hotel」

「The hotel is beautiful and very welcoming. The staff were all great and worked diligently to ensure we were taken care of from check in to check out. We both agreed the bar seems a bit understaffed and it took a while to get served, but it wasn't because the bartender was slow or ill equipped for the task, it was that she was covering the bar, the restaurant and the guest sitting in the bar area. The restaurant wait staff and hostess were very friendly and work hard to accommodate us even though...

「Stayed here for one night on a long haul trip between San Antonio and Tallahassee. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the bay view room was quite nice and comfortable. Sports bar food was average but service was great. We would definitely stay here again.」

「Beautiful property with excellent service. My only complaint would be the number of umbrellas available at the pool. There were plenty of umbrellas available for individuals who rented the upgraded chairs but they were very limited for those who didn't upgrade. I even tried to just rent an umbrella. Only about half of the upgraded chairs and umbrellas were occupied.」

「This was a last min one day trip, We usually stay at The Hard Rock. We decided to give Legends a try because we wanted something new. It did not disappoint at all. Beautiful hotel, spacious rooms especially when you have kids. The pool was nice and relaxing along with the food service. We didn’t make it to The Sapphire Club but from the looks, it would’ve been a grand time. We will definitely be back to stay here.」
