「The hotel is completely under renovation which we were not informed of when booking. No restaurant open. Our first room was unclean and someone had been laying on the bed. Front desk was helpful getting a new room. Coffee in lobby with no tops for cups. Very unpleasant experience. I typically expect more from Indigo.」

「Ms Angela, Ashley and breakfast lady were Great. We were not happy about your unfriendly cleaning staff. Staff should be trained to say "excuse me or good morning" when coming off elevator or down hallway not just passing your guests. I worked for LaQuinta for twenty three years and we were very friendly to the guests maded them feel "Welcomed".」

「I never do reviews but I have to say this hotel is one of my favorite for my family & I. We stayed only one night but it’d be great for longer stays. From great working air conditioning, comfortable bed, amazing breakfast, welcoming staff , super quick and easy check in and lastly CLEAN. It was an amazing stay, 11AM check out was very convenient for us who made it in late enough time to rest , eat shower and repack. If needed we would have used the kitchen area honestly really beautiful. Thank...

「I loved the suite and furnishings. It was well maintained, modern and clean. Housekeeping was somewhat aggressive and began knocking at 9 am for checkout, which was annoying. If checkout is at 11, then knock on door at 11 if the guest hasn't checked out or made arrangements for a late checkout. Overall, I would book, again, based on the overall experience.」
