「The balcony is one of the best with an awesome wrap-around view. The unit is spacious and well equipped. The bedrooms are carpeted, and both could use a good cleaning. We were surprised that there is neither cable nor satellite TV so streaming apps will be needed if you want to watch live TV. The water was not drinkable - which is the fault of the municipality, not the owner - but plan to bring bottled water.」

「Quiet neighborhood and immediate access to the beach. Clean and well maintained facility. This unit is very clean, well equipped and decorated. Provided wrong gate code. Too many large noisy groups hoarding pool chairs and tables all day and keeping them overnight. This happened maybe because of the holiday weekend.」

「We loved our stay!!!! It was super clean, quiet, and fit multi families so we could all be together yet in our own spaces! Was in walking distance to the town and just down the block and around the corner to the Mockingbird Cafe for breakfast! Great parking! The absolute only difficulty is there is not an elevator. Otherwise this was a huge, fantastic property to fit our big family is certainly a 10 out of 10!」

Like being able to watch out the sliding glass door. Watching the birds and squirrels running around. Like being at Grandmas house in the country according to my grandsons. Being very familiar with this floor plan, this unit has been updated beautifully; extremely comfortable furniture, new appliances, super clean and excellent communication prior to arrival. The location is quiet and private too. My sister and I were very comfortable. I come here periodically to visit family and will definitely book here again if available.」
