The property photos — many items shown are old, broken, or completely unusable. There was no outdoor lighting, and the glasses were dusty and poorly maintained. Wouldn’t recommend staying here unless the location is your only priority."

"The most amazing stay in Hakone! It truly felt like a retreat and wished I would have stayed an extra night. We rented a car during our stay and it was easy to navigate from hotel to the lake. Room was huge and had everything we could have ever needed. Onsen was great and the balcony view was absolutely beautiful. Will definitely be back!!"
