Property is dirty. Cobwebs everywhere, half the lights in the kitchen don't work, all the blinds are dirty and half of them are broken. The bathroom is filthy, unstocked, and in need of repairs.
Property has some false information on the listing. It states this is a house that sleeps 5. It is a duplex that has 2 bedrooms that sleep 2 in each bed, no pull out couch, but it has a 'crash pad' pillow type thing for sleeping an extra person. Far from ideal, especially when there's no blankets provided for the crash pad. Bathroom had no extra toilet paper, and had only 4 shower towels, no hand towels, so we had to go to the store and buy a bath towel and tp (we had 5 people staying for 3 nights), plus a blanket. Shower faucet is caked with mold rust. Disgusting. Paint is chipping off, toilet is old and the seat is halfway broken, and you can see an improvised caulking job to fix where it was leaking. The host needs to spend $100 fixing the toilet and putting a new faucet and a coat of paint, and get the right amount of towels.
Kitchen also lists it has a dishwasher, it does not. Property also says it has a washer+dryer, but that's in a shared space between the two duplexes. We didn't know the place was a duplex and were surprised to walk into the shared area to find someone in there already!
Uncomfortable beds. Host definitely just bought the cheapest things possible for this place. Dishes and silverware are obviously from a thrift store and don't match.
