"駐車場も広く、部屋も全て清潔でした。
リビングも広く一棟貸切ということもあり、子供もある程度 騒いだり走り回っても 他に滞在している方がいないので気持ち的にも余裕が持てました。また、コロナ禍ではこの様なホテルが神経質にならずにのんびりできるのではないかな。。
一つ残念だったのは、宿泊日や滞在中に問い合わせたい事があり施設先に連絡したが一度も出ていただけず、対処に時間がかかった。別経由での連絡でもホテル側と連絡とれず、問題が解決できなかった。その部分のみ残念でしたが、他はとても快適に過ごすことができました。
何かあった時ように、連絡がつく電話番号などあれば良いと思います。
また利用したいです。"

"設備面にいくつか改善の余地を感じました。まず、洗濯機が設置されていないため、不便を感じます。加えて、脱衣所がないため、入浴時の着替えや荷物の置き場に困る場面が多く、プライバシーや快適性の面でも課題があります。洗面台の使い勝手も悪く、工夫が必要だと感じました。シャワー室には物を置くスペースがなく、タオルの置き場に困ります。
環境面では、騒音が気になる時間帯があり、静かな時間を求める方には注意が必要かもしれません。玄関の鍵 が使いづらく、開閉に手間取ることが多いため、セキュリティ面でも少し不安を感じました。
受け入れの女性の方の対応は親切でした！"
