The apartment is located in a prestigious condominium just a few meters on foot from the yellow metro station \'Sondrio\' and just 12 minutes on foot from Central Station.



The house can accommodate up to 2 guests and is located on the 3rd floor with an elevator. The space is very bright thanks to the many windows in the living room and bedroom. It consists of an entrance hall with living room and open kitchen, modern and equipped with a dishwasher and induction hobs. The living area also has a small balcony.



The bedroom has two beautiful windows and a comfortable double bed.

The bathroom is modern and has just been refurbished.

The entire apartment is equipped with air conditioning and WiFi.



How to collect the keys:

-Flexibility option: it is possible to collect the keys at the Hostmate offices, near the Central Station of Milan, from 12pm to 1pm, and from 2pm to 6.30pm. You can then go to the apartment to leave your luggage. You can go home from 3pm, when it will be ready and clean.

-Make an Appointment: you can receive the keys directly at home by making an appointment with the Hostmate Team from 3pm to 6.30pm at a cost of €15 (VAT included). Payment for the service takes place online during the registration process via our Guest Portal and must be requested by 6 pm on the day before arrival.

-Late check-in 6.30-8pm: in case of arrival after 6.30pm we will welcome you directly to the apartment, by appointment. The cost of the service is €20 (VAT included), until 8pm. Payment for the service takes place online during the registration process via our Guest Portal and must be requested by 6 pm on the day before arrival.

-Late check-in 8-10pm: in case of arrival after 8pm we will welcome you directly to the apartment, by appointment. The cost of the service is €30 (VAT included), until 10pm. Payment for the service takes place online during the registration process via our Guest Portal and must be requested by 6 pm on the day before arrival.



Please note that you will be required to pay the city tax: 3€ per day per person, from 18YO.
