We appreciated our stay here. Be aware that the entry to the hotel is inside a gallery. Parking is also blocks away. Staff was great!

A bit hard to find the entrance because the signage on the outside of the building is not adequate. Location is wonderful though. Close to Duomo, shopping, transportation and restaurants. The room was fine, no frills, and the a/c worked great.

Very nice and clean but hard to find.

This is a great little boutique hotel, but a little hard to find. It is basically one floor of a commercial center that was turned into very nice and clean hotel rooms. One negative, they claimed to have laundry, facilities, and service. But they have neither. At best, they give you a phone number to a place about a half a mile away that you can drop your laundry off at.

Conveniently Located Hotel with Limited Comforts

The hotel is centrally located and within easy walking distance of Piazza del Duomo, which is a major plus. While there’s no on-site parking, there is a convenient underground parking garage just in front of the Duomo, only a short walk away. The hotel does not offer breakfast, so you'll need to visit a nearby street café. There was coffee and tea available in the room, but it would have been nice to have some milk or creamer provided as well. Finding the hotel can be a bit challenging, as signage is very limited. It's situated within a residential building where locals live, and the hotel occupies just one floor. This setup may not be immediately obvious to new guests. The one staff member we interacted with was friendly and welcoming. However, given the limited amenities and lack of services, the overall experience felt quite expensive for what was offered.

Overall I really liked the location of the hotel , good air conditioning in the hotel but it is a little bit hard to find , as it’s on the second floor , be aware that the deposit doesn’t come out straight away comes out of your account when you pay in full on the day of arrival. The bathroom was okay , a little bit dirty looking due to black hardware , and we did have cigarettes butts on our balcony , from the previous people who stayed there. On arrival , card machine did not work , and it’s better to ask for a link to pay through. There’s free WiFi , access key to the main gate and inside door , also elevator access and a hairdryer in the room , the room size is decent , a 5 minute walk from the Duomo and loads of places for breakfast , lunch and dinner. The staff are kind and welcoming. It’s a decent hotel for a couple night stay. The hotel offers transfer however when we booked ours it did not arrive so definitely have taxi numbers saved and ready to go just in case , and the hotel only books the transfer for you and you pay the driver on the day apparently but ours did not come.
